Incident: Bicyclist Critically Injured in Motor Vehicle Crash
Location: Horseblock Road, Medford
Date/Time: Saturday, November 3, 2018 at approximately 7 p.m.
 
 

Suffolk County Police Sixth Squad detectives are investigating an incident in which a bicyclist was critically injured in Medford tonight.

 

A 2015 Ford Pickup truck being driven by Michael Saidler struck a bicyclist on Horseblock Road, at approximately 7 p.m. The unidentified adult male victim was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital in critical condition.

 

Saidler, 41, of Shirley, stayed at the scene. Saidler and his four-year-old son were not injured.  

 

Detectives are asking anyone with information on this crash, or information on the victim’s identity, to call the Sixth Squad at 631-854-8652.
