Incident: Two Teens Missing from Residential Facility
Location: Outreach House, 400 Crooked Hill Road, Brentwood, New York
Date/Time: December 30, 2017

Suffolk County Police Third Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help in locating two teens who went missing from a Brentwood residential facility last week.


Xavier Cleare and Moises Scott-Whitehead left Outreach House, located at 400 Crooked Hill Road, on December 30 at 12:30 a.m. Detectives believe the teens are together.


Cleare, 15, is 5 feet 4 inches tall, 120 pounds with brown hair and eyes. He wears his hair short on the sides with long curls on top. Scott-Whitehead, 16, is black, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 145 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.


The investigation is continuing. Detectives are asking anyone with information to call 911 or contact the Third Squad at 631-854-8352.
